Digital Sensors
Our technology uses unobtrusive sensors to look out for any potentially worrying changes in patterns of behaviour, allowing us to pre-empt need by adapting our care plans more quickly.
We have a detailed view of all activity detected by each home sensor, plus information generated by each person’s activity data, and alerts sound if something isn’t right or out of character.
For instance:
- No movement in a high-risk area
- Front/back door left open
- Possible wandering incident
- No first morning activity detected around usual time.
Digital Portal
We use artificial intelligence to identify meaningful changes in behaviour.
This generates Alerts, which indicate that something may be wrong requiring immediate attention, and Actionable Insights, which show that something is changing or cause for concern and informs our care planning. High priority alerts can also be delivered via email or SMS.
An on-screen dashboard and a Family App are available. A client activity graph shows a detailed visual view of all activity detected by each sensor in a person’s home to give better insights of those living alone.
