Nobilis advocates vaccinations for all staff, including our 400+ carers who are managing nursing and personal care for clients. We believe that two doses of the vaccine should be a mandatory requirement across the business to protect our customers and carers. Nobilis teams will continue to wear PPE alongside hygiene and distancing procedures to safeguard everyone.
Our teams are continuing to deliver quality care for your loved ones during the coronavirus pandemic. We are following the latest advice from the Government, Local Authorities, Public Health England and the UK Health Care Association to ensure we adhere to the strict guidelines and procedures to safeguard your family and loved ones, and to keep our staff safe.
We have introduced additional ways of working to protect both our customers and carers. Our teams use personal protective equipment (PPE), including aprons, gloves, face masks and shields as a matter of course, alongside hygiene and distancing procedures, so we can continue to provide high-quality care.
These are unprecedented times, and we know many of you are worried and perhaps can’t care for your loved ones as you would wish. Our teams are here to talk to you about the care we provide and the many different options we have at a local level to help give you peace of mind for those already in our care, and for those considering new care support.

Nobilis local management and procedures
We constantly update our procedures in line with local safety and lockdown measures required by region. We have set up specific local ‘bubbles’ to allow our carers to continue to look after your loved ones while minimising the number of people going into homes.
We are also allowing extra care time for each customer to give them all the support and reassurance they might need in these uncertain times. However, we still take a personalised care approach to ensure the wishes and considerations of our customers, and their families, are taken on board.
To enable us to continue to deliver our vital support during this pandemic, while safeguarding our teams and ensuring they protect our customers – we have introduced the latest smart technologies. From a family portal, to cameras and sensors, technology is used to support the personal care we provide and allow your loved ones to live as independently as they can. We are continuing to innovate in this area to benefit our customers, their families and our teams.
