Nobilis appoints Joanna Stone as Head of Human Resources
Nobilis, one of the UK’s leading at-home care specialists has appointed Joanna Stone as its new Head of HR.
Joanna, who has nearly 20 years’ experience working in human resources and personnel development in the UK and Ireland, joins the business from a varied career spanning the public and private sectors, in diverse industries from hospitality to tourism and building supplies.
She has led strategic organisational projects, including change projects (restructuring, relocation, and mergers), performance management (development and roll out of performance management systems linked to comp and bens) and has extensive experience as a team leader on learning & development and talent management projects, including the successful transfer of inter-company talent pools and working with Lead Teams to develop robust succession plans.
Nobilis is currently on a major recruitment drive and has put in place a strong career progression programme for current and new carers, which Joanna will be responsible for driving.
