Our biggest challenge is to recruit the very best staff, be they support workers, Team Managers or office staff.  It’s no good having the best support workers if the office staff don’t tell them where they are meant to be and when.  It’s no good having the best back office staff if the care staff do not care enough or know what they are doing.  We have put hiring quality people at the very core our culture.  We believe that you can always train people in the technical aspects of care, but you have to work hard to find people with great caring ethos and values.

We are a team who all work together to provide the best support possible on a case by case basis, day in day out 365 a year.

It has been a learning curve but we know we do it better than our competitors and have grown from strength to strength.
