No single organisation can deal with the complexity of needs around the elderly and disabled. That’s why we are reaching out to professionals not only in the healthcare sector but across a range of services in order to build a referral network of comprehensive care. Nobilis care team are paid above the industry norms, ensuring we provide the highest quality carers with minimal staff turnover.

Our carers are paid £0.40 per mile, allowing coverage of areas not catered for by other agencies.

We invest in extensive and specialised training, including dementia, stroke and Parkinsons care. We also work in conjunction with the Countess Mountbatten Hospice to provide expert palliative care.

Our care managers take time to build meaningful relationships with clients and families whilst our dedicated customer service team deal with 90% of issues on a first call.
We believe in ‘care plus’ – going above and beyond the basic services of many operators. This has made us a valued provider for Hampshire County Council’s adult and children’s services, as well NHS Continuing Healthcare. Our work now extends well beyond these areas and as we grow we are keen to build relationships with other professionals looking to develop their own connections.
The Community in Care
For many providers the entire point of care becomes lost in log books, time sheets and routine. Nobilis carers are people and we encourage that personal touch rather than smother it. A client visit isn’t care time, it’s time to care and our entire culture is built on these principles.
The structure of Nobilis makes our managers facilitators rather than disconnected generals miles from the frontline. Our care team lead our community, passing on their experiences and needs so that we can supply the requirements they discover. If a carer decides a client needs more time than was allocated, they stay longer – at our expense.
We have also developed an innovative ‘care portal’ where our team can interact within a secure online community, sharing valuable information, insights and care needs. These crucial connections with the team at the point of delivery ensure Nobilis remains relevant, responsive and at the cutting edge of homecare services.
