Heppenstalls  Solicitors Limited have two specialist teams in our New Milton and Lymington Offices to deal with Wills, Tax Planning, Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection matters, Trusts and Probates. We also deal with the management of clients’ affairs and funding of care costs.  It is very important that clients have access to high quality independent advice, but we understand that they and their families need to be dealt with sensitively at what can be difficult and stressful times in their lives. Clients who are elderly or have health issues may be confused and vulnerable and need help to decide the right way forward. Our personnel are properly qualified and experienced to give the advice and support needed, many being members (or student members) of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, in addition to their qualification as a Solicitor or Legal Executive.

 

If clients have transport or mobility problems, we are happy to visit them at home, or in hospital or Nursing Home as convenient.
