Hello, I am Monica Finlayson. In my role as a chartered accountant in a local practice I advise those who need help to understand figures, plan and budget for expenditure or report to the tax man. My mother is over 80 and I have seen how a good understanding when giving support is key, and then the advice given set out in terms which are jargon free and straightforward.
Within the office we have helpful staff who can deal with all sorts of tax questions. We pride ourselves on being approachable.
I and my team are happy to visit and look at paperwork with you, rather than expecting it all to be provided on a plate for us. We are professionals and specialists in personal tax matters, so we do charge for our time, but not excessively so.
