BELLS and our predecessors have been providing legal advice in the Farnham area and beyond for nearly 300 years, making us one of the oldest firms of solicitors in the Country

 

Our approach is a healthy mix of the progressive and traditional. There is a lot to be said for the solicitor as a ‘man of affairs’ and we believe that a  firm like ours should continue to exercise that role. Accordingly, whilst many solicitors increasingly restrict their services to ‘niche’ areas of law, we have chosen to reverse that trend and expand our areas of expertise across the firm. Each member of staff is however a specialist in their chosen field of law. 

 

In addition to a full range of legal services we offer an integrated estate agency service via our sister firm, Bells Potter and Independent Financial Planning advice through our specialist Financial planning department. Of the 8,000 or so firms of solicitors in England and Wales only about 50 are currently authorised by the Financial Services Authority. We are one of them. Most legal transactions involve a financial element and we believe that only by offering quality financial advice can we provide a joined-up, comprehensive service. Our clients agree.
